Description:
As a Functional Analyst Finance, you will work on the data flows to our client's SAP HANA, used by their team of various financial specialists. This data is delivered via modern integrations from various applications. Over the next few years they will focus on stabilization, optimizations and new projects.
Expected Prior Knowledge:
Experience with projects in finance or willingness to learn about them.
Assignment:
Your main task is to provide support for incidents and problems in existing systems. In time, you may contribute to new projects.
Duties:
- Operational support for incidents and problems
- second-line handling of incidents
- Initial analysis and individual incident resolution
- Act as an intermediary between business and IT development on complex incidents
- Problem management
- Drafting and updating use cases and processes
- Collect, analyze and update business (non) functional requirements
- Creation and validation of test plans
- Functional support for core users
- Preparation of training materials and FAQ
- Creation of RACI and security models.
