Are you an experienced Change Manager Who gets energy from guiding organisations through transformations? At Imalink We are looking for a driven professional to manage culture, process and technology changes and help employees embrace them.
Your role?
As Change Officer, you will play a key role in the implementation of various projects.
- Develop and activate change strategies and roadmaps.
- Analyse the impact of changes on employees and guide them through the process.
- Ensure initiatives are realised on time and within budget.
- Help build a transparent communication plan and encourage support.
- Support teams in the digital and agile transformation of the organisation.
Your profile
- Master's degree and at least 5 years' experience in change management.
- Experience in project management and integration of change management into business projects.
- Knowledge of ADKAR methodology is a plus.
