Location: Antwerp region (hybrid)

Your role & responsibilities

Analysing and modelling AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
Identify and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, observations and surveys
Defining functional and non-functional requirements
Elaboration of high-level solutions and architectural proposals
Formulating realistic project objectives
Organising and facilitating workshops between business and IT
Act as point of contact between stakeholders and development teams

Your experience & skills

Min. 5 years' experience as a Business and/or Functional Analyst in ICT projects
Strong in requirements gathering, documentation, process modelling & optimisation
Experience with impact analysis (GAP, AS-IS/TO-BE, What-If)
Knowledge of UML, BPMN, user stories
Familiar with Agile & Scrum
Comfortable with Office tools, visual modelling and technical documentation
Experience with mocking, XML and APIs
Additional asset: knowledge of PMBOK, ITIL or PRINCE2
