Your role
As PMO Consultant You support the portfolio activities within the infrastructure department. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress and risks, and ensuring that targets and deadlines are met.
Main tasks
- Supporting (programme) project managers in coordination, guidance and communication
- Monitoring project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI)
- Preparation and follow-up of steering committees
- Consolidation of monthly and quarterly reports
- Roadmap management: monitoring and challenging risks and issues, monitoring milestone planning
- Prepare presentations and support change management activities
- Resource and cost monitoring in close cooperation with Programme Manager and Project Leader
Your profile
- Minimum 4 years' experience in PMO or project management
- Fluent English in word and writing
- Knowledge of PMO & project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI)
- Experience with tools as Sciforma or MS Projects is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Independent, proactive and results-oriented
- Stakeholder management and financial understanding (budget, resource allocation)
