Job description
As SAP Functional Consultant at Imalink, you are responsible for supporting and supervising ICT projects with a focus on SAP implementations and optimisations within logistics processes. You will organise workshops, coordinate project activities and ensure a flawless test and delivery flow.
Main tasks
- Organising and coordinating workshops and project meetings.
- Coordination of project and support tasks.
- Preparation and follow-up of project schedules.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and requirements sessions.
- Analysing bottlenecks and defining pragmatic solutions.
- Assess the impact of changes on existing business processes.
- Follow-up on business issues and functional developments.
- Coordinate and support test activities (unit, component, system and integration testing) and support in UAT.
- Support the preparation of user and project documentation.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP Functional Consultant within a logistics environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP logistics modules: PM (Plant Maintenance), PS (Project Systems) and MM (Materials Management).
- Demonstrable understanding of logistics business processes and process optimisation.
- Experience supervising users, workshops and testing processes.
- Communicative strong, organisational skills and team-oriented (experience in Agile teams is a plus).
- Good Dutch and English language skills; French is a plus.
