Would you like to SAP Infrastructure Consultant Work on challenging migration projects within complex IT environments? You'll be part of a technical migration team responsible for a secure, stable, and well-thought-out transition to a new SAP environment.

You prepare, execute, and meticulously monitor infrastructure-related migration activities. In doing so, you collaborate with SAP Basis specialists, system administrators, architects, network teams, and external implementation partners.

Your role as an SAP Infrastructure Consultant

As an SAP Infrastructure Consultant, you'll ensure the technical infrastructure is ready for every phase of the SAP migration. You'll combine hands-on system knowledge with strong analytical insight.

Your duties will include:

Preparing and executing infrastructure migrations within the SAP landscape
Installing, configuring and managing SAP systems on the underlying infrastructure
Supporting SAP Basis activities in collaboration with specialised teams
Configure and manage storage, backup, and network components
Supporting high availability and disaster recovery solutions
Performing system monitoring, performance analysis, and capacity management
Resolving technical incidents during different migration phases
Automate recurring administrative tasks where possible
Creating and updating technical documentation
Monitoring the stability, security, and availability of the SAP environment

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for a technically strong infrastructure consultant who enjoys taking responsibility and works smoothly with various IT teams.

You preferably have:

Experience as a system administrator or infrastructure consultant in an enterprise environment
Experience with SAP Basis environments or technical SAP infrastructure
Experience with virtualisation platforms
Knowledge of storage, networking, and backup solutions
Understanding high availability and disaster recovery
Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset
Good communication skills
The ability to work in a structured manner and clearly document technical information

Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud is a plus. Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or Python would also be a clear advantage.
