Your responsibilities

As Senior Java Backend Developer Do you form part of a development squad? Within this squad, you work together with other teams on the further development of applications and the integration of new functionalities.

You are responsible for, among other things:

developing and expanding backend applications;
integrating new functionalities into existing environments;
Maintaining and managing existing applications;
thinking about technical solutions and improvements;
Working together within an agile context with other developers and stakeholders.

Your profile

For this freelance assignment, we are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with a solid technical foundation and a proactive mindset.

You have demonstrable experience as Java Backend Developer and a strong technical knowledge of:

Java
Spring Framework
REST and Soap
Docker and Kubernetes
Scrum
Jira or Confluence

but also about:

Good communication skills;
an independent and solution-oriented way of working;
The maturity to actively participate in a development squad.
