Are you an experienced Business Analyst with keen analytical skills and the talent to build bridges between business and IT? Can you analyse complex business processes, optimise them and translate them into feasible solutions? Then Imalink a new challenge ready for you.

As Business Analyst You play a key role in identifying business needs and guiding digital transformation processes. You work closely with business and IT stakeholders and ensure that requirements become clear, structured and executable.

Your duties

Analysing & modelling AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
Identify and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, observations and surveys.
Determine functional & non-functional requirements.
Do market research, compile longlists and based on fit analyses arrive at shortlists.
Elaborate high-level solutions and architectural proposals.
Formulate practical, realistic project objectives.
Preparation and maintenance of specifications and documentation.
Organising & facilitating workshops between business and IT.
You are the point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.

Your experience & skills

Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst within ICT projects
Strong in requirements gathering, documentation, process modelling & optimisation
Experience with impact analyses (GAP, AS-IS/TO-BE, What-If)
Knowledge of UML, BPMN, activity & swimlane diagramming
Familiar with agile & scrum, SDLC, software development
Comfortable with Office tools, visual modelling and technical documentation
Additional asset: knowledge of PMBOK, ITIL, PRINSES
